Front Office is unorganized. Patient Refills are a nightmare leaving the patient out of sych meds for weeks. Office staff are unwilling to follow through with requests. I follow thier protocol for refills and my pharmacy has complained due to faxing orders in and having to refax several times during the week. With still no action on the staff at the facility. Go through front office staff telling me their is a problem within the group. Apts. have been messed up.
